Refund policy

Return/Refund Policy:

Exchanges only can be made, with a receipt, within 14 days of the original date of purchase and in perfect saleable condition. With limited exceptions, customers are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

Once a transaction has processed, the customer has agreed to pay the said price of the order.

From time to time, we do offer various discounts through sales/promotions. To be fair to all our customers, we do not adjust the price of orders that were not placed during the given promotional period. Please contact our Customer Service Team if you have further clarifications on an order.

FINAL SALE, Clearance items and custom orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments.

Original sales receipt is required for an exchange transaction. If a credit card is used for the original purchase, the same credit card must be presented at the time of the return or exchange.

No returns or exchanges are accepted for gift cards, special orders, discounted (including promotional and merchandise), gift with purchase and altered jewelry.
